I'VE RECEIVED A SUMMONS FROM AN UNKNOWN PERSON WHO CAME UP ON MY PRIVATE PROPERTY. THEY DID NOT IDENTIFY THEMSELVES AND SIMPLY HANDED ME A SUMMONS FILED THRU THE STATE OF COURT COBB COUNTY, GA.
I DONT OWE THIS DEBT AND THIS COMPANY HAS HARRASHED ME TO NO END. I'VE FILED COMPLAINTS WITH THE BBB, THE FCC AND THE ATTORNEY GENERAL OFFICE.
WHAT CAN I DO TO FIGHT THIS? IS THERE ANYONE WHO CAN OFFER ASSISTANCE TO DEFEND MYSELF AGAINST THIS BOTTOM-FEEDING COLLECTIONS FIRM.

The Georgia Supreme Court says Hanna is a "law firm," so you have to submit a bar complaint vs. them (and not a consumer complaint with the state OCA or federal FCC -- but fine if you do that too anyway). You may submit a bar complaint vs. Fred Hanna (the owner of the "firm") and any atty. that may have contacted you that also violated bar rules for atty.s:
