Complaint Review: Frederick R Brown

Fred Brown III of Joppa MD (age 46) AKA eBay seller dtfb32 (how childish is that handle?) lists his old possessions on eBay (like many) and sells them for extra money- however Fred preys on the naive and lists his items for sale as "New" posting photos at angles that don't show the damage/wear & tear to his property and/or shoots pictures from a far distance making it impossible to see the truth. 

He has succesfully ripped off many buyers- most likely people who don't inspect their goods carefully, or who don't know the difference- mainly sporting goods and sometimes jewelry -especially watches, however on several occassions the buyers immediately recognize the scam and call him out on it. At this point he does his best to ignore the situation and hide from it, desperately the responsibility of being guilty and caught red-handed will simply go away even though it never will.

He claims to "travel" a lot "out of the country", which could potentially be him simply running from the law, or defrauding others in other scams outside of the internet. 

Beware if you meet, or consider doing business with this person for while he is conniving enough to have realized he can get away with fooling those less intelligent than himself (some, but not a large majority) he is an unethical, dishonest person with no moral compass and lacks the proper communication skills to justify his delusional pride and unjustified self-confidence. 

Pity on the people in this person's life and/or the potential organization(s) that may choose to associate with him.
