Fredrick Ramond Lighting ripoff, rude, bad quality product, could care less, don't deal with public, rusty chandelier, unprofessional Cerritos California
I bought a chandelier manufactured from this company. The chandelier is about 1 1/2 years old. It is a stainless graphite look. I noticed that all over the light is getting rusty. I have other lights that are 25 years old and they never rusted.
I called Fredrick Ramond and explained what was going on and they said, (very rudely) we don't deal with the public. Call a lighting store. What lighting store would help with that when I didn't buy it from them. The store I bought it from is not in business anymore. So I guess I'm stuck with a light that I have to throw away. This light was very expensive. On their website they list it at $1400 give or take a couple of dollars.
