Hi, my husband when to buy a car in fredy kia a real nice guys help him to get the he wants , my husband have a van so he did a trade in they approve 500 dollars , but they never give the money to my husband the guys form kia tell I going to give 500 from my pocket and u paid me but my husband said ok , but a friend tell my husband the his no have to paid that money because that is the 500 hundred for the van and that money they rebolse to the guy that sell the car to us , so my husband check the car paper and is truth they give him 500 for his old van, so but the thing is that we never received that money in the hands and they never tell us what they do with that money so the guys who sell the cars to us had been calling to my cell phone and stressed me to paid him the 500 dollars, I real heart because they lie to us they never explain to us how this work this the firts time we buy a new car a been crying because the ripoff poor people and now I do not know what to do please helps and they never give us the 500 dollars either wow jesus lord
