This company is running an incentive (pyramid scam) site, whereby they solicit members to complete online offers in order to become eligible for prizes. The offers range from free trials, to paid subscription services, and benefit/MLM programs offered through various advertising services such as Search Cactus LLC. Completing the offers allows the company owner to receive money through affiliate sales.

This individual put up offers for "non-credit card" affiliate programs, such as Ameriquest Morgage, TheLoanPage.com, and University of Phoenix online which were filled out and completed so that we would receive credit through his site, and he would send out free prizes in return.

The program works where individuals must complete one offer and are then required to refer a certain number of people to complete an offer as well. Initially the owner had it set to receive $350 for completing one offer and referring 8 friends. He then changed that requirement to $75 for referring 8 friends.

Many individuals, myself included, have completed the requirements to receive our merchandise or money, and the owner now refuses to pay or obide by his terms. The owner cannot be further contacted and has refused to answer emails, phone calls, and support tickets within the website.

This is clearly a scam. I have already contacted the BBB and the FTC and will possibly be contacting a lawyer to attempt to receive my obligated compensation.
