Complaint Review: CIC*CREDIT REPORT

Below is a copy of email I just sent to experian:

My Wife and I have been charged $12.95 each for a service that was not clearly defined by the term FREECREDITREPORT. I assume that this service is monthly and I will pay my bank to cancel & change my card # before I allow you to continue to bill me. We cannot afford nor find your continued service necessary. Your customer service rep said that they did not have access to the accounts today, seems too convenient.

The Billing came from CIC* Credit Report 800-2202626
