They train their staff to sign their clients up and take a deposit and tell them nothing more to pay until after delivery and install of solar PV systems or Heat pumps. Remember, a lot of these clients have been sold over the phone, and never met a company representative, and they are allowed to take a personal or business cheque or credit card as a deposit.

They then upset their elderly clients by sending them a letter, SOME 19 WEEKS LATER, wanting a bank cheque or credit card or internet transfer at least 48 hours before delivery. Not as it was sold to them.
They tell the clients their are 6 diodes in the solar panels and it now appears there are only 3.
They process the credit card transactions in a completely different company name to Free Energy of Australia Pty Ltd or Solar Corporation of Australia Pty Ltd, they use Famore Business Brokers Pty Ltd.
These companies have different directors and shareholders. The Bank of Queensland should stop Famore Business Brokers Pty Ltd from letting this happen, it is a breach of the merchant agreement.
Check out the attachment of customer complaints still mounting up, whilst Antoinette Pugh (the bit on the side) and Angelika Vox sit in the office and do nothing about the complaints.
