Complaint Review: Free Kindle Books and Tips

I paid $50 for a book promotion service to Free Kindle Books and Tips. They claim to have over 100,000 avid readers/subscribers. After the promotion concluded, I received 0 sales and 0 clicks (according to my analytics account). These people do not have the reach the claim to have. In my estimation no one actually reads their mailer and they produce 0 sales for authors—just another scam taking advantage of writers who desperately need expsore to stay relevant in an already eroding marketplace..
