Is to mark these emails as spam.

There is no authority out there that can prevent a scammer from sending emails..and unfortunately no law can prevent a fool from sending money to someone who claims they won a lottery they never entered.

In a free system, it becomes our responsibility not to give out bank information to anyone who asks, and not to wire money to strangers.

It can't hurt to report this to the FBI, but all the scammers have to do is open another email account..which is free..and email potential victims again. If no one send them money, they will eventually stop...and then figure out another scam. This one however is old.

It's a very Common Scam

They want you to pay them Fake "Taxes" and then swear you get the cash.

Truth is, there's NO cash, they just plan to screw you out of some money, it's Pure Fraud
