Complaint Review: FREE LOTTERY PROMOTIONS - Zack Sonnie - Jane Justice

I was recently notified by Zack Sonnie, the co-ordinator, to be a winner and would get 1,000,000.00.GBP in the satellite software email lottery conducted by FREE LOTTO PROMO in which my email address was picked randomly by software powered by the internet. I was asked to contact their processing requirement agent named Jane Justice Email: claimsagentjane03@.... I was replied and asked me to make a choice from two options of payment as follows,
1. Have my winning certified draft couriered by their affiliate courier firm to my personally so that I can take it to my local bank to cash.
2. Have my winning certified draft also couriered directly to my nominated bank and be deposited in my account on my behalf.

Then, I had to email my choice to Jane Justice Email:tntcourierservicesinc@.... They replied me quite fast and asked me to choose a way from 3 ways to receive my award payment. The 1st one was I had to pay about 700 USD to receive the big money in one day. The 2nd one was I had to pay about 600 USD to receive the 2 dividing money for 2 days. And the last one was I had to pay about 500 USD to receive the 3 dividing money for 3 days. I feel that this may be a fraud on the internet. Could you please check it to me. Thank you in advance.
