Free Music Outlet Online, New Healthy Savings rip-off! I want my money back for a service I didn't want or ask for. Internet fraud! Nationwide
My husband made the mistake of signing up for a service with this company for what he thought was only $1.00 per month. But it turned out to be $49.95 per month. I called the company, Free Music Outlet Online and asked why we were being charged, and Dave said that we were being charged a membership fee for newHealthysavings.com, a sister company.
I went to Freemusicoutletonline.com to see if maybe my husband made a mistake and accepted something he shouldn't have but it does say that it is $1.00 per month, and then its askes for your credit card info, it doesn't even mention New Healthy Savings.
I went to the health Savings site, and the since my husband is suppose to be a member we went to the returning members like, and it just says "page can not be displayed." I wasn't surprised. The resources link at the bottom of the page of the Free Music Outlet online didn't work either.
I called my bank and reported the activity again. The first time I called back in October tehy told me to call the company, and when I did the line just rang busy, and then disconnected. The bank said that I had authorized the charges and so I would have to dipute with them.
This month I saw the charges again, (they have been there since July) the bank agreed to cancel the card and dispute it with the company. I just want my money back for a service I didn't want or ask for. I will let you know the outcome.
