Complaint Review: Free Razor

I received an Email offering free razors, I replied and I do not remember giving my credit card number but they billed my card twice before I could get it stopped by canceling my card (what an inconvience). Therefore I called them from the phone number the bank provided and only a recording. Since no products and no credit to my card I contacted the BBB of Metropolitian New York.

Sep 16, 2004 I received an email from the BBB and they can not locate this company?? They must have moved? but they still have the same phone number as I called and left a message to call me back! Hopefully they may but I am not holding my breath.
