Last night online I purchased this package from Free-Satellite-network.com which cost me 57 + - part of the package was meant to also be more than a 100 premium channells.

I tried various of the channels through the software package that I downloaded from their software and I am only getting "this channel is not available now, please try again later". The premium channels that I also purchased does not even come up on the software. I tried to view these channels through their website, but here now also unfortunately it states that I can't view some of the channels as I reside outside of the United States.

I tried to contact them through their website for their technical assistance and here you need to log in with a security code that they provide you in a nice little blue box and with your e-mail address and the only responce that you get from this contact is that the security code that you have provided is invalid - don't know how this is possible as it is a code provided by them. I have also tried to see if their is a phone number that can be used, but even here I struck a wall is there is no contact number to speak to a person. You would expect that if you have purchased something like this that cost alot of money that it would work perfectly - in my case obviously not. Total ripoff and no customer support! On their e-mail confirmation I received it also stated that I could download my additional software from their "Bonus Software Section" which in the first place did not exist - only a section for additional software which only had software for video recorder. I even purchased their package for unlimited support - where is this, because I surely can't even get in contact with them. There isn't even an customer support e-mail that you can send anything to. There advertisement also stated that over 2500 channels available anywhere in the world - what a load of BS!

I am very disappointed with this company and their package and I am desperately trying to get information to speak to somebody in person! I will be very greatfull if anybody can assist me in this to get the package to either work properly and get what I paid for or a full re-imbursement and cancellation of the package.
