Free World Pharmacy has horrible customer service. I initially ordered a specific medication and received the wrong meddication. The wrong medication arrived on time. However the pharmacy sent me a medication that causes a sever allergic reaction. I initiated a customer complaint ticket that was closed before the issue was ever resolved. In fact I opened other tickets on this same issue and they just kept closing the customer complaint tickets before resolving the actual complaint of receiving the wrong medication. The amount of the order was for 199.00.

They did respond to the tickets, but never left them open for any meaningful resolution. The company requested pictures of the medication they sent to resolve the issue. I was somewhat in disbelief that they were not even aware of the type of medication that they had sent to me in the first place. I sent the information as requested mutiple times to include supporting invoice documentation with pictures.

 I was continually told they had never received the information to resolve the dispute. In reading the other report on this website for free world pharmacy I decided not to proceed any further in an attemt to resolve the dispute and closed the open customer complaint ticket. I did not want to lose any more money as the other person reporting against Free World Pharmacy has happen to them. This was only my second order with this internet based company.
