Complaint Review: Freeautobot.com

It's been about three years I've been using the service and I should have learned my lesson a lot earlier. Anyone who as no complaints about this outfit is not using them regularly. As we speak, I am not able to get into their server to access any of my information.

If you value your visitors and consider it important that you are able to have access to the information, such as when you want to update your leads, manage your account,etc, you never know when Freeautobot.com will shut down "temporarily." They do this with no notice to their users. It has been almost FOUR days now, and I am unable to get into the system - I email and they never answer.

How in the world can anyone manage a list of leads that they can't access for a week (that has happened also)? That company has cost me time and money and a LOT of aggravation. There are a LOT of free autoresponder services - any features that freeautobot.com advertises that are attractive are NOT worth the move. Leaving your leads in the hands of their server is like flipping a two-headed coin and calling "tails." The worst!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
