Complaint Review: Freebeegas.com

I received a flyer from a car company in Vicksburg, MS stating if I come and test drive a car I would get a coupon for $300 in free gas. All I had to do was submit $100 worth of gas tickets from the same store (I chose Kroger) each month, send them to freebeegas.com in Florida and I would get a gas card for $25 in free gas each month for a year. To sign up I had to send them $5 which at the end of the program I would get back. Well, I have been doing just that since July of 2008 and I have not received the first free gas card. I have tried to contact the company in Florida by phone, email and snail mail several times. Once I did get a live person on the phone and was told to just wait the card would be coming. Well, that was 3 months ago and I STILL haven't received it. I think this is just a big rip-off - thankfully all I've really lost is my initial $5 and a stamp each month.

BEWARE of this free gas scam. I guess it's true what they say - nothing is really FREE anymore!
