Earlier this year, I used an internet service at the web address www.freecreditreport.com. This had been months past.
Just by coincidence , I was looking at my online account with one of the major credit card companies. Come to find out that my card seemed o be overcharged somehow. I viewed the recent activity and found a charge for service at the amount of $79.95.
I looked up the company and found that other peole were having the same problem I was. Their site was suppose to be secure and is suppose to charge only at the time of service. I was charged on 6/4/04. I did nt use there services, I was at work. I do not intend to use their services any longer.
I am writing to make sure that I dont receive another unauthorized billing fom them. This is really concerning that a company with access to your credit history is charging you for nothing.
