Complaint Review: Freecreditreport.com

Signed up for the free report. They require a credit card number. After perusing the report. I called and canceled at their specific number to call. Their site states you have 9 days to cancel. I canceled withing 24hrs. I received a cancellation e-mail. Today, a week and a half later, I receive a letter from my bank. I have been charged $14.95 and two days later, $7.00. I have also been charged 2 insufficient fees of $39.00 from my bank. I am now $64.95 in the hole with my bank and get to take off work to argue with them on Monday. I have a check out there that probably won't clear now. Thank god my other checks cleared first. Freecredit report offers protection against fraud also- what a joke.
