 First off, you only get 7 days to cancel your membership. Which is not very clearly on the site. Second of all, you can sign up for it easily online, but you must call an 800 number to cancel your membership. Being basically deaf, this was problematic.

I was able to cancel the ridiculous membership via email, but they charged me $19.99 on two seperate dates and refuse to refund any amount.

I even sent a screen-capture of my online baking statement showing their two charges because they claimed they only charged my account once. But even after seeing their two charges, still refused to give a refund.

Just insane.
