I signed up on the web for the 7 day free trial period. freecreditreport.com DO NOT DO THIS!!!!! I called on the seventh day and canceled the membership, they gave me cancelation number. I called on last Friday, canceled it, on Monday they charged my account $14.95. When I called them telling them there was a mistake, gave them my confirmation number for cancelling it they told me that they have no records of me calling in and they do not give out confirmation numbers that they send you an email for confirmation of cancelling the membership. I did call and cancel it. They would not refund mt 14.95. I waited 15 minutes for the supervisor, finally this "Leo" gets on and refused to refund my money.

I called my bank, I would be charged 20.00 for the transaction to be stopped. i was advised to get a new card so they cannot use the number for future processing. This is what i will be doing. THe bank told me that is something is advertised a "Free Trial" they do not need credit card information even for security reasons or verification. A free trial is free. They said that this way they automatically put you in a memebership.
