Complaint Review: FreeCreditReport.com

I, my wife, and several clients (I rent to tenants) have all experienced the same problem when ordering reports from FreeCreditReport.com. Basically there is no free report that is in usable format. It is either non-printable or does not have the score, or it is not free. The only way to get a good report is to pay the 24.95, get all 3 reports and scores. Make sure you can get a printable copy of the ENTIRE report, not in special characters, and that the scores are also printable, then immediately cancel your membership. Otherwise you will either get a non-usable report, or you will pay 24.95 + 14.95 monthly. If you have patience you can call them and cancel the monthly fee but getting the report without signing up for the membership fee is not an option regardless of what the WEB page tells you.

Apple juice cannot be called apple juice unless it actually contains a portion of apple juice. Why can FreCreditReport.com be called such when it is not free?
