I wanted to pull my fiance and I credit history. I heard on the TV and Radio the advertisment for "freecreditreport.com." So, I went to the website and said it is free for the first time, but in order to obtain the free credit report, you had to enter a credit card number for security, in case I wanted to get credit monitoring but I can cancel at any time.

So, I went for it. I got a "free credit report." Then I sent two e-mails to their customer service group to cancel both memberships so I would not be charged. About 4 weeks later, I checked on my bank account and noticed I was $8.95 short. This is wrong I want my money back! So e-mailed and called the company back. They said they were sorry but would refund my money. Four weeks later I look at my bank account and noticed I was charged $8.95 again. I called them again and re-sent the e-mails but still have not got it resolved.
