Complaint Review: FreeCreditReportsInstantly.com; Creditdiagnosis.com

I googled "free credit report" and the fist option that came up was FreeCreditReportsInstantly.com. I signed up thinking I would see my credit report for free (they were charging $1.00 which would be refunded). They asked several security questions (including my credit card numbers), which I stupidly answered. Then it said that it couldn't confirm my identity and didn't give me access to my credit report.

I was shocked the next day to see a $1.00 charge not only from creditdiagnosis.com (what they call the service after you sign up) but also from both yoursavingsclub.com and myidentity.privicymatters.com. I had never signed up for either of the latter services. I got emails that I need to call to cancel if I don't want to be charged a membership fee. One said that I would have had to call on the same day I received the email to avoid being charged the fee. When I call to cancel, yoursavingsclub.com says thank you for calling, bye, and myidentity.privacymatters.com says they are closed.

I have spoken to a representative from creditdiagnosis who says that my identity has been confirmed and I can log on to see my credit reports... It will not let me log on. I am terrified of what they are doing with all the personal information I provided them and don't know what to do since it doesn't appear to be a legitimate business.

What can I do now?
