I stopped by the store last Friday and found it to be incredibly cluttered and customer service to be poor.  But I thought perhaps from the looks of the place there might be a good deal to be found...boy was I wrong.  A man named Harry who I assume is one of the owners sold me a used wetsuit under false pretenses.  He represented the suit as retailing for $599 which induced me to purchase it for $250.  I contacted the manufacturer and distributor and they both independently confirmed that the wetsuit (which is about 6 years old) originally retailed for about $300.  I asked Harry to refund a portion of the purchase price, since nobody would pay $250 for a 6 year old used and defaced item that retailed for $300.  He wouldn't even dignify the question with a response.  He put some incomprehensible scribble on the receipt which he claims says "as is" but it doesn't say that; even if it did, "as is" is not a license to play fast and loose with the facts to extract a sale.  If it was an honest mistake, which I seriously doubt, upon learning the true facts a reputable seller would take the item back.  Before purchasing the wetsuit I asked Harry what their return policy is.  He said as long as the I don't wear the items I can return them.  Surprise surprise, Harry would not take the wetsuit or the new also overpriced diving hood back less than one week after I purchased them despite no use whatsoever.
