Complaint Review: Freedom Ammunition

I purchased 1000 rounds of 9mm ammo from this clown. It did not cycle well in 4 different hand guns. I sent them an email (that was never answered) requesting them to dialog with me and come up with a solution. I posted my experience on a weapons forum I am a part of to see if anyone had this happen to them before from this company. Apparently Freedom Ammunition read my post and sent me a private message requesting the order number of the purchase, to which I provided to them. They never got back to me. So I went and contacted them again via email from their website and the reply I got from the OWNER was absolutely mean and CRAZY.

Accused me of making false claims and I never contacted them before etc. This went on back and forth for several emails till I finally got a refund and they sent a return slip for the rest of their crap ammo. People this guy is a lunatic, do not buy from them. I posted every word between us on the gun forum I am a part of and the members were astonished at his absolute bazaar messages. The possible damage that could have been done to my weapons and my person with out of spec ammo is unacceptable and combined with abusive attitude towards the customer right out of the gate is a big red flag not to do business with them. My safety was jeopardized and my time and peace of mind was stolen.
