Complaint Review: Freedom Ammunition

Freedom ammunition (Steven Snyder) advertises New Ammunition on his Website, he has the generic photos of cartidges and the Manufacturers actual part # so it looks like you are getting that Manufacturers brand new ammo. In this case I ordered Winchester Q1470. He had all the data straight from Winchester. I ordered 500 Rounds (10 Boxes) so I get my order and inside is 10 foam cartridge holders, crumpled up with reloaded ammo that someone reloaded. I sent them Emails saying this is not Authentic Winchester Ammo and never got any reply. I did a chargeback and then he said "its what you ordered" He continued trying to coerce me into saying I did order his reloaded ammo, and I refused to bite. So then he switched to threatening me with sending the ATF my way. WTF. I couldn't believe it.

Steve is dishonest, deceiving, unproffesional and should not be a business owner let alone reloading ammo. There are plenty of ammo suppliers out there and i have never had 1 problem with probably 30 others i have bought from. The reason i bought this ammo is because he advertised it like it was Authentic winchester and he was 5 bucks cheaper a box. So thats his game, is to undercut everybody and then send you his reloaded junk. I guess you get what you pay for, i'll stick to the suppliers that havent failed me yet (Palmetto, and Alamo) and pay a few bucks extra.

Please do not do business with this company, he is a Rip Off Artist..
