John Epstein - Owner (loser / liar / con man)
1) he's a broker not a carrier
2) he hired an F Rated carrier to move my Jaguar
3) the car arrived 7 days later than expected
4) truck driver had alcohol on his breath
5) big scratch down the side of my car (driver denied he did it and said it was there when he picked up the car)
6) he never provided proper paperwork as required by the FMCSA (Federal Motor Carrier Safety Administration)
7) John Epstein told me this was a top notch carrier that he checked out - he never checked out the carrier.
8) Carrier didn't even have adequate insurance - total joke.
9) 75 miles were put on my car - this guy went joy riding in my Jag!
10) Freedom Auto Transport lied about everything. Late pickup - Late delivery - damage - mileage on the car with no discount at the time of delivery for the trouble. Losers. Threatened to hold my car hostage if I did not pay the full amount of the transport.
11) He lied about having his own trucks.... he has none. Fake pictures of other people's trucks (not his) all over his website! Total con-man, liar and thief!
12) He is a terrible broker that works in conjunction with F rated carriers to rip you off.
Never ever ever use these guys.
