Complaint Review: Freedom Boat Club of Tampa - Madeira Beach

Freedom Boat club of Tarpon Springs/Tampa Bay, Madeira Beach location. accused me of stealing a Boat, Although when i proved it was Reserved in the Proper manner, they didn't respond, Terminated my membership. In checking i see the Same Person, a 'Dean Iverson' has done the same exact thing to multiple members, Exact same language in emails, Refused to discuss, or to reply to emails, refused to do anything. Multiple trys. Also accused of Foul Language, Pushing PPL, Under the Influence and more. All fictional story. they have slandered and Libeled me , note; Libel is slander in Print. I see there is a class action under way. I'll join in gladly.

this location had issues, there was infighting within the emplyees, complaining about the location manager i think he was, Guy named Brandon, they had nothing nice to say about him, so it looks like he is probably behing this. they made up a false incident report slandering me. then another false statement from a bogus unidentified person. Don't be fooled by the levels of deceit.

Stay away,  they change the rules after you sign, that in itself is agianst the law, and it's near impossible to reserve a boat, they have too few boats, and too many members, the boats are in disrepair, dirty, and they charge a Surcharge for Gas, not in contract. the agreement says they get new boats every 2 yrs. that's a joke.

I'm looking for my Full Initiation Amount Refunded, $3,500.
