THE COMPANY TOLD ME THAT I WOULD HELP TO RE-ESTABLISH NEW CREDIT AND I THOUGHT THAT IT WAS A GOOD IDEA. BUT WHEN I GOT THE CARD IT WAS LIKE I COULD HAVE MADE IT MYSELF. HE ALSO TOLD THAT I COULD USE IT ANY WERE THAT ALSO WAS A LIE THEY ALSO DEBTED MY ACCONT FOR $250.00 SO I CALLED THEM TO ASK FOR MY MONEY BACK AND THEY TOLD ME THAT THEY COULDN'T SO IHERE I AM WHAT CAN I DO?

What you should do is:
1. File a complaint with the Florida Attorney General.
2. File a law suit with the small claims court in your county against this company. If they don't show up, you win by default. If they have any property, you should be able to get a lien against it.
3. File a complaint with the Federal Trade Commission.
