Complaint Review: Freedom Living Corp / Smart Marketing Family

I went to the office of Henry Estrada in Garden City New York on JUNE 11th, 2015. This guy is a SCAM ARTIST he offered me CREDIT REPAIR SERVICES also To settle the debt that I have. First of all he told he will charge me $1200 to start the case he also told me that he will be monitoring my credit for $225 a month also he requested 250$ because he said he will be working a long with a lawyer that will be handleing my case. I talked to a lawyer he told me that CREDIT REPAIR Services they can't charge UPFRONT for services that they haven't perfomed. Also in order to sell me the services he told me he had perfect CREDIT THATS WHY HE DRIVES A MASSERATI.

My lookup for his name HENRY ESTRADA and he found that he has judgments on his credit report for GE MONEY BANK this guy is a BIG SCAM. Also when they charge for the services they didn't even give a consultaition or an agreement for services and a company called SMART FAMILY GROUP Charge the amount of $700, Also he said that I owed $8,000 and he wanted me to give him all the money CASH so he will be able to settle all the debt for me. PLEASE DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH HENRY ESTRADA that he is SCAMING people working for SMART FAMILY GROUP and FREEDOM LIVING CORP. Also I called me to give me the money and he said that he already REPAIRED my Credit in 11 days that why he can't give me my money back I just check my credit report today and everything still the same.
