Complaint Review: Freedom Mortgage Corporation

I pay my mortgage with money orders in May 2019 Freedom Mortgage, denied recieving both money orders for the full monthly mortgage, from the beginng of Freedom Mortgage servicing my loan (2017) I have alway's paid with two money orders.

The money orders remain attached and placed in the window enevelope provided by Freedom Mortgage.  I have been consistent in my payment method and never missing a payment. 

  Freedom Mortgage immediately (June 2019) sent correspondence suggesting me to contact their lost mitagation dept along with documents to be completed to start the process.  Freedom Mortgage twisted the facts and the truth when I reported them to the CFPB.

Freedom Mortgage, recent correspondence (December 2019) regarding the missing May 2019 partial payment, now states that I stopped payment on the money order by tracking it because they said they did not recieve it.  

They reported the propose deliquency to the credit bureas in June 2019, to take it a step further Freedom Mortgage,  states that I now owe a mortgage payment for  May 2018. 

Freedom Mortgage correspondence have been threating, unethical this company needs to be reorganized.

My credit have been destroyed I am a senior with uncertain health problems.
