I've read a couple of the experiences that others have had with Freedom Moving and Storage and it is very similar to mine. They rarely answer a phone call and never return a call unless your trying to schedule with them.

They were bad in all phases of the move and even lied about the truck size, they said it was 2500 cu ft but my measurements showed it was closer ot 2200 cu ft. They also lied several times about breaking or damaging items, some friends watch them and pieces of furniture were found in the driveway.

Fortunately I fired them after they put the stuff in storage but still charged my a lot of money to do the 'move', $160 an hour which is a joke. But I'm better off now because I hired professional movers - ----. And surprise surprise when they loaded the exact same items it came out to less than 2300 cu ft. So now I have documented evidence of their scam and I'm going to sue.

If any of you who have been damaged, ripped-off or abused by Freedom Moving and Storage I would welcome you to join me in this law suit. They shouldn't even be in business.

They even have the nerve to have the same name as reputable mover in Ohio.
