Complaint Review: Freedom Pop

Freedom Pop charged for services without authorization, no way to cancel service, did not even ship a product Internet

With freedom pop you will sign up for one free service and then they will automatically updgrade without permission to a paid service without your permission. But wait it gers worse! There is no way to discontinue the service online. Thats right you have to submit a cutomer service request and then they will refuse your request to cancel. You will basically have to discontinue your credit card to get rid of them. Oh and by the way they never even shipped a freedom pop device for the free internet, evidently it's on "back order" which of course won't stope them from signing you up and charging you for services you didn't ask for and won't recieve.

Freedom Pop is so bad I have written my first online review to save some of you out there who will listen. Run away from them. Now.
