I BOUGHT THREE PHONES WITH PLANS AT 29 DOLLARS EACH RECEIVED THE PHONES PROMPTLY BUT IN THE TWO YEARS YES I SAID TWO YEARS SINCE HAVE NEVER BEEN ABLE TO ACTIVATE THEM.  WHEN I CALL THE CUSTOMER SERVICE NUMBER IT TELLS ME TO REGISTER ONLINE AND CUTS OFF THE CALL .  THERE IS NO WAY TO TALK TO ANYONE AND REGISTERING ONLINE IS IMPOSSIBLE AS IT SAYS TO CALL CUSTOMER SERVICE TO ACTIVATE.  CALL CUSTOMER SERVICE ONLY TO BE INSTRUCTED TO GO ONLINE AND CUT OFF TIME AND TIME AGAIN. BEYOND RIPOFF.  TOTALLY FAKE STOLE MY MONEY FOR NOTHING IN RETURN
