Complaint Review: FREEDOM POP

FREEDOM POP I spent 40.00 the first month and then couldnt change it to free. After several months and a ton of money I cut off my billing. This is so insane Internet

I signed up, bought their phone and subsribed to their service, as required... for a month.  

Then you should be able to change your subscription to free.  As soon as I try to update my billing information, instantly there incurs a $40.00 charge.

 

I tried this last month, was billed a penny, and I went to look again and there was the $4.00 charge. I contested it and was suspended. I was NEVER able to shift to a free plan..It is always greyed out and unclickable.

 

I have already spent $200.00 for nothing, not including the $40.00 first month. I barely usd it. How am I supposed to trust you with all of this shady-ness? When I put my billing info on Paypal. it goes to automatic payments...which a FREE account should not have , especially $40.00
