Complaint Review: freedom pop

freedom pop this company sent me the wrong phone that i paid for from my debit account, it doesnt work properly, i sent 5 emails to try to resolve this proplem, they never replied except once, saying that the phone i orrdered on line was'nt the one they sent me. on-line based Nationwide

It was a totally different phone entirely. It was only activeated ro 15 days then they shut off commpletley, they didnt not up date me for the next month or the half amonth they cheated me out off. The data was not right eaither, i could not down load anything.

 

 

  • They cut off phone svice 15 days eairly
  • They sent me the wrong phone and would not send me the one i ordered on line from thier company
  • i paid 100 dollars for the phone that did'nt work properlly
  • they would'nt answer any of my emails except once to tell me that i was misstaken about the phone i ordered and said they would not replace my phone
  • they took money from my account withput notifiyin me
  • the data i had to pay for did not exsist, could,
  • 'nt download anything
  • they refused to remeidy this situation and cut off all phone service
  • and they refused to refund me for lost phone accsess and replace me phone due to falty equipment
