Complaint Review: Freedom Resource

My story will read like all the others . was offered a credit card by telphone after filling out a web survey credit line of $2500 from bank of america. i was told ship within 20 days this was on october 27,2002 the money was removed 2 hours later.

a month later no word from the company. repeated phone calls get the same stories as previously mentioned , printer problems mail problems etc . called last time today at feb 7 2003 was cutoff hung up on 3 diff occasions always when being transferred to a supervisor . Again they told me for the 4th time printer problems and 3 diff operators within 2 hours told me 3 diff various shipdates . when explaining to a supervisor how i waas supposes to get a refund as i had not yet recieved a package she responded i cant get a refund until i receive a package ..

What kind of logic is this :) when i asked how come the company made me call them instead of if they really had printer problems they could have called me. She replied we have to many new customers coming in every day to call everyone back :)

i have contacted both the atourney generals office in georgia and in home state of texas i urge anyone who has been ripped off to do the same.
