Complaint Review: Freedom Resource Aka Freedom Credit Resource

This all started on October 18, 2002 for me. I feel like I'm so gullible. I've read several of the other reports and it is exactly the same M.O. used on me. They took money out of my account before they sent me anything, the Better Business Bureau in Atlanta has 219 complaints on file with this SCAM COMPANY, they faxed me a refund request, I was told on March 13,2003 that my refund check would be sent out on March 28, 2003.

Today is April 17,2003, still no check. The phone numbers have the circuits busy, when you get through you are disconnected. UUUGGH! It's so frustrating! I thank all of you and this website for your advice and imput. I'm going to try reporting it to my bank and then a small claims court filing. If there is a plan of a class action suit, please contact me. Let's all work together on taking these BAD PEOPLE down.
