Complaint Review: freedom resource

whem we talked to freedom resource we were told that we would recieve a package filled with free stuff, ($100 gas card, free coupons for food, and many other benifites), they took our payment out of our bank acct on the 9th of july, one week before they were authourized to. which caused a $28 bank charge for not having the funds.

they refuse to give us the money back even though they admit the mistake. we also were told that we would get a master card credit card with a ballance of $2500. it now is december 2nd and we havent got anything from them except a manual telling us what we are to recieve from them.

also in phone conversations with freedom resourse they now tell us that the card is a prepaid card and that we were not ever told that it was a card with $2500 line of credit. they said that the card is a $2500 credit limit. This is totaly opposite of what they sold us on from the start. and througout the wait for our bennifits we were consistantly told that it was a line of credit and not a credit limit card.

in sort this company is one of the biggest rip off that we have ever delt with. do not fall for it.
