Freedom Resource fraudulent ripoff business Woodstock Georgia
I received a call from a company rep of Freedom Resources. Promishing to get a credit card $221.95 cents one time processing fee. So my account got drafted out of by Freedom Resources on Dec 4 2002.
I never heard from them decided to call Feb 28 2003. Was told the package was sent off Feb 11 2003. I never received the package and still haven't received it yet.
March 6 2003 called back spoke to a Mrs.Holly she said we had to fill out a refund paper that cost $24.95. By the end of the conversation she told me to get a lawyer and sue. March 12 2003 I got Refund slip with the bank draft date on it.

I've been where you are. Freedom Resource, as you may have found out by now is also known as Global Financial (the company who ripped me off) & Lenox Capital, and Atlas Credit..I'm sure there may be others.
I believe there are around 500 reports filed @ RipOffReport...look them up for additional advice. I was recently scammed the way you were.
Go to your bank and file an unauthorized Automated Clearing House transaction (ACH). If it has been less than 60 days ago, your bank can get your money back. I've gotten nothing but the run around from these guys, & that is what I had to do.
Also, you might contact MasterCard or Visa's (whichever card you were promised) Fraud dept. They can look into this as well. I've also contacted the Federal Trade Commission & filed a complaint & have received advice on how to fight identity fraud if that just so happens.
I fully intend to contact my local Attorney General & any other people who can help me get my money & put a stop to all of this. You might also be interested in a class action law suit. I'm sure there are enough people now to build a case against them. Good luck with all of your troubles! Lord know's all of us need it!!
