Complaint Review: Freedom Resource Lenox Capital

They withdrew the money out of our account and kept lying to us about the credit cards that we were to receive. They called us on the phone and said that we would receive a credit card for 2,500 limit and no annual fee.

They took out the money on Dec. 4 and it is now Feb. 4 and no cards. I called and they hung up on me. I called back and the lady told me that a manager would be calling us in about 48 hours. (yeah right) I just want my money back, $221.95.
