Complaint Review: Freedom Resource Lenox

Help!!! Freedom Resource contacted me a month ago and offered me a credit card with up to a $7000.00 credit limit. Now for a person with bad credit and the holiday's right here. I sure could use it. I post dated a payment of $221.90(the one-time fee)to be withdrawn on 12/5 which it indeed was debited. I called a few days before the payment was to be debited and spoke with someone about, when to expect the card.

She said between 15-21 bus. days. So I still have a few days to wait for the card. However, from reading some of the other complaints I'm getting very nervous. I looked them up on the internet because after the money was debited, now I can't get through the line is always busy! So even though my estimated waiting time is not up yet.

I'm wodering if I should just try to get my money back now! $221.90 is a lot of money for me to just give away. I have debit, a little girl to take care of and rent to pay as well as Christmas gifts to buy. Please tell me how I can try to get my money back before 12/25. I don't have an address or anything on these people only the busy phone number.
