Complaint Review: freedom resource

freedom resource had contated myself and offered a deal that i couldn't resist. they said i was approved for a credit card with a low apr, and a low deposit of $221.95. they promised that a packet will arrived closing my credit card information.
on september 09/02 they withdrawl $221.95 out of my checking account, till this day i haven't received a packet. i have called many of times which i were put on hold more than 45 minutes. i have spoken to a customer representative today and promised that a refund will be sent out this friday. i have warned her (joyce) stating "if i don't receive my full refund within 2 weeks i will be reporting their business to the federal buiness bureau. lets see what happens from today. i will be updating my report hopefully soon.
