Complaint Review: Freedom Resource

I was foolish enough to listen to a representative in September about a $2500.00 Mastercard from Bank of America offer. On October 16,2002, They automatically withdrew $221.95 from my checking account.

I have talked to three (3) separate representatives about my credit card and date of delivery. The first conversation was on October 31, 2002 when my initial 15 days were up for my new credit card. I was informed that the mail out date for my credit card would be November 4, 2002. And was also told my credit card had been approved.

I called them on November 7, 2002 and was told it would be 15 to 21 business days excluding weekends and holidays and that my mail out date is November 14,2002.

I talked to a third representative just a short time ago and was informed they were having problems with their systems concerning mailing of benefits package. When I asked about the benefit package she admitted that the credit card would not be enclosed for security purposes and I would receive a form to fill out and send back in and then they would process my credit card and would receive it in approximately 15 to 21 more business days after they receive the confirmation back.

This is enough lies! This situation has caused us serious financial problems that I don't know if we will ever recover from. The first representative I talked to and eventually agreed the package from guarranteed me a $500.00 ATM card to use at any ATM machine to deposit into my checking account 5 to 10 days prior to the automatic withdrawal. As you are probably already aware of the fact that I have never seen this card!

I need help. Can someone help me get my money back and get our finances back on track before we lose everything?
