Complaint Review: Freedom Resource

Freedom Resource credit card company is a pure rip-off. They told me they would give me a gold master card with a 2500 dollar limit,And it was a one time fee of $221.00. Which I let them withdraw from my account. The offer sounded good. They also told me that I would get $100.00 back once I return a signature

They withdrew the money on Sept.23,2002 It was suppose to take 15-23 days before I received the benefit package. Well I contacted them in Oct. The package didn't arrive until Nov.15,2002 When I opened it and started reading the contents the $100.00 was going to giving back in 5 $20.00 coupons for gas, well I don't drive.

I tried to enter their wed site and the RIP-OFF page pop up. So I called them and demanded a full refund back to my account now their saying they have to send me a refund request form to fill out and return.

When sending this back the postal service told me to send it with a receipt return, that way something comes back to you to make sure they have received the merchandise. Mad& angry
