Freedom Resource ripoff misleading fraudulent no refund runaround false promises Woodstock Georgia
joined with freedom resource in june. money taken directly out of my checking account. never received any thing from freedom resources. i have called and called.
finally received a form to request my money back, but that was september. already past the 60 day deadline. i have called and called and they never say the same thing twice. they have had my money since june 4, 2002. they say next refund processing isn't until january, even though the last gal said 4-6 weeks.
i asked to speak with a manager or a superior. no luck. i asked for the managing company or a number i could reach someone else. no luck. i reiterated that this is unacceptable. she said, "ma'am, my manager is at lunch and anyone else here would just tell you the same thing." again, no luck.
that is why now, i am filing this report. help!
