Complaint Review: Freedom Resource

I went through a major surgery last year. I was out of work with a bone tumor in my left leg for six monthes. I had lost my home and everything else. Freedom Resource contacted me and had all of the right answers to scam me. I was getting back on my feet and needed to get a vehicle repair done, Brakes.

It would cost me about 230 dollars. Nikki called me and sucked me in, which is my fault. However this is a store value credit card, you give them money to put on the card and they charge 10% to put it on the card, to this date I have not received. They only have one customer service person and lie about everything, printing out of whack, cards number incorrect and correcting them. They supposedly send you a package, which no one receives at least I did not, to sign.

This night mare goes on and I ended up spending $500. for my brakes after they robbed me.
