Freedom Resource ripoff They are talkative to get your money now all I hear is silence Internet
On July 16, 2002, Freedom Resource received $221.95 electronically from my account. The packet was to be delivered in 15 business days. 30 business days later, I called the company and they had not released the packet.
My reaction was to cancel the deal. Instead of sending me the cancellation letter, the packet was sent to me. I returned the packet immediately and demanded my money back.
The last week of September I received the cancellation letter. Up to 90 days was the refund policy on the letter. I sent the letter the first week of October and the didn't process the letter until Nov 5 2002. After constant calling the told me my check was to sent on 28 March 03 well over the 90 day refund policy.
I called the company and all I hear is silence. I WANT ALL MY MONEY BACK!
