Complaint Review: Freedom Resource

To whom it may concern,

I am writing this letter in regards to your business practices. I have made several attempts to contact and find a resolution regarding the amount of $221.95 that was debited from my bank account on Feb. 8, 2003.

I never received the benefits package(?) for which I paid the amount mentioned above. I called and spoke to a representative of your company after being on hold for over 20 minutes. The nice lady that I spoke with said that she would send it out right away. When I finally did receive a envelope from your company on March 14, 2003, it was a photo-copy of a "Cardholder Authorization and agreement", in which was not legible. I then called again, after once again being on hold for several minutes. I finally spoke to another representative and explained to her what I had received in the mail. At that time I asked for a refund of my money. I was told that your company would send, through the mail ,a request for refund form.

Well, here I am waiting for that form. I have since moved, and am still attempting to contact, via phone, anyone that can help me. Unfortunately, I have been unsuccessful. I will continue to try by phone and send this letter, in hopes to somehow recover my hard-earned money
I hope to receive a quick response to resolve this matter.
