Complaint Review: FREEDOM RESOURCES

We originally thought that we were getting a major credit card last summer from this company.
After waiting a couple months (yes, they had our money immediately) we got this package which contained a brochure filled with "stuff" that we could purchase.
We called the company and said that this is not what we thought we were getting. The rep told us to fill out a refund form and send back it and the package by certified mail and they would process the refund in 90 days...90 days!!!!
After waiting the 90 day period and not receiving our refund we called the company and was told that checks would be sent out next month...next month, what about the 90 day thing?
Next month comes 'round and still no refund...another call to the company and now they say that it was mailed on December 13th. We'll, a couple weeks pass and still no refund in hand...Another call to the company and now are told that if we don't receive it by January 31st (45 days has to pass) to give them a call and they'll re-issue. Ya, right.
